Client Partner- Sales- IT Services
Expectations:
- Serve as Single Point of Contact for client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) and be the Voice of the customer for Leadership team
- Establish deep relationships with clients to grow "book of business" to develop a strong revenue backlog and annuity
- Ensure all customer touch points are handled as planned - onboarding process, monthly steering, quarterly c-sat, onsite visits, closing-the-loop on client feedbacks, etc.
- Work with Program teams to ensure the promises being made in all customer engagements are on track & exceeding expectations
- Handle any customer escalations from initiation through resolution
- Implement best practices for customer account growth, positive customer engagement & long-term relationships
- Work with internal teams to architect world-class solutions, and ensure they are implemented effectively and create value for clients
- Leverage consultive sales experience in the technology space for quick identification of issues / challenges within a specific industry / client landscape, and quantify the value of solving the business problem, and design solutions (repeatable) that solve the business issue
- Responsible for partnering with Exec. Leadership, Client Teams, as well as Delivery leaders to significantly accelerate the growth of the business, disrupt standard processes, and exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- Education; Undergrad degree with MBA from a reputed institute
- 15 years+ of experience in B2B client relationships, in IT consulting
- 3 years+ experience in managing multiple Customer Engagements of account sizes $1M+ in Annual Contract Value and growing small engagements into large long-term relationships
- Good knowledge of latest IT trends
- Proven ability & track record in establishing confidence and trust with customers, leading to high c-sat & positive long-term engagements
