Job Description -
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the executive team to design and implement account strategic development processes.
Identify and implement training and people development strategies for the account manager and client partner population.
Facilitate Account Development Workshops (ADWs) with a broad number of accounts, Identify and implement strategies and techniques for tracking progress at the account, business unit, and organizational level
As a Change Leader in the Retail and Consumer Goods organization
Relationships:
Manage Client Relationships effectively and coach client partner population on the best ways to do so
Broaden and deepen client relationships across Company's Retail and Consumer Goods client base
Consistently engage in consultative selling
Innovation and Thought Leadership:
Bring forward looking thought leadership on the Retail/Consumer Goods industry
Bring a perspective on clients- challenges and on associated solutions
Identify Company's solutions to address industry specific problems across client segments
Financials:
Manage and grow Account's P&L for a segment or group of accounts. Formulate creative, repeatable deals.
Experience - 15-20 Years
Education -- BE/BTech/MCA/MBA
Job Location - Germany (Candidate based in any part of globe & willing to relocate Germany may apply)
