Our client is the leading consulting firm for companies seeking to set up global capability centers (GCCs). It provides a full suite of products and services to its clients, including collaborative workspaces, managed services for site support, and talent acquisition.

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to manage a wide range of programs. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of the GCC. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

- Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.

- Ensure contracts are fulfilled and the services and products are deployed

- Understand client needs and identify business opportunities.

- Provide client consultations about company products or services

- Develop customized programs to meet client needs

Profile

- Candidate should come with 18 - 25 years of experience working with global firms

- Should be open to Bangalore or Hyderabad as a location

- Experience working with or managing GCC clients and well-connected in this ecosystem

- Proven experience as a Client Partner

- Thorough understanding of Project/Program management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
