Client Partner (Global Account Manager)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an energetic, empathetic Client Partner to leverage Marketing and Merchandising products for Retention, Growth (Upsell, Cross-sell), and Customer Advocacy in named accounts. This role involves managing a $2-$4 Million ACV SaaS business portfolio in the APAC MEA.
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Relationships:
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
2. Customer Success:
- Drive CSAT, Retention, Customer Advocacy ( PR, Case studies, testimonials etc)
3. Strategic Reviews:
- Drive Quarterly business reviews (QBR) and other reviews. Owns QBR preparation and presentation to Client Executives (CMO, CDP, Head eCommerce, Head Customer Analytics, Head of Merchandising, head of Supply chain, CIO, etc.).
4. Value Realization and Collaboration:
- Partner with Client and Algonomy(product, support , PS) to drive value realization (ROI) ,platform adoption, QBR's , review cadence and support issues resolution.
5. Growth:
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage the entire cycle from lead generation to closure.
METRICS FOR THIS ROLE:
1. Renewal: Renewal rate
2. Growth of Business: Upsell/Cross-Sell ACV
3. Customer advocacy: CSAT , of Customer advocacy artifacts(Case study, Video testimonial , PR, Analyst reviews etc), ROI , Adoption
4. Collections: Days past due(DPD)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:
1. Proven experience in handling SaaS account portfolio >= $2 million ACV and of handling min three accounts with ACV> $150,000 (In case of non-SaaS experience, min account portfolio > =$10 million)
2. Proven experience in closing min three SaaS deals> $150 K ACV
3. Proven experience working with at least five Retail Clients
4. Strong Project/Program Management experience
5. Past experience in min two areas (Data management, Customer Analytics, Personalisation, Demand forecasting, Marketing Automation, Supplier Collaboration)
6. Prior experience in handling clients in a minimum of two countries. APAC MEA experience is preferred.

8. Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form.
9. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
10. Has strong executive presence.
