To consolidate their presence in the Medical Devices Services Business, they are looking for a Client Partner, who would nurture their new Customer, who is a Global Medical Equipment Leader.

BROAD ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It's a Key Account Management role / Farming Role
- Foster Revenue and Profitability by driving the overall effort to grow the partnership with Identified Account / Key Customer in USA
- Continue Account Analysis, Planning and Implementation - Develop and Implement in-depth analysis and plans for and identify key-focus areas for growth including competitive analysis, customer needs by Engineering Services area and Division and the Company's Capability Gaps. Execute plans to enter new divisions of the Customer as per Global Customer Strategic Account Plan
- Identify and Lead Unsolicited Strategic Campaigns that create value for the Customer/Account. Engage with Decision-makers, lead proposals and create and monitor milestones. Create and present unsolicited proposals to the Customer
- Lead and Manage all Solicited proposal responses for new Business in in a professional and timely manner. Develop plans and proposals to meet the Business Objectives quarter on quarter
- Cross-selling and Up-Selling of Solutions aligned to the Customer's needs
- Leverage existing Customer relationships and build new relationships with Engineering Influencers and decision-makers at all levels
- Clear Customer Communications by driving regular operating mechanism.
- Work closely with the Key Members in the Customer's Larger team and the Company's Delivery Team to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and resultant CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.
We are looking for a candidate whose profile would be as under
Functional Expertise:
Client Partner Engagement, Sales and Business Development and Creating Solutions in a Global Product Development Environment, Effective Interface between Customer Offshore and Onsite Delivery Teams
Key Competencies and Qualifications
- Atleast 10 years of experience in a Client Partner role in the Medical Devices / Healthcare Equipment Sector with good industry knowledge
- Good experience in working with Onsite and Offshore Delivery Teams
- Working with an Indian Outsourcing Service provider would be an Advantage and is desirable
- Should be an American Citizen or should hold a valid work permit in the US
