Our Client is a highly visible name and a fast-growing organization in the Engineering Services Space. They have presence in over 30 Global locations employing people with multiple nationalities.
To consolidate their presence in the Aerospace Services Business, they are looking for a Client Partner, who would nurture their new Customer, who is a market leader in Aerospace Landing Gears and Interiors.
The Value Proposition: To improve the Wallet-Share of Engineering Services Business from a Large Aerospace Components and Interiors Manufacturer
Probable Work Locations: Any of the Customer Sites at Arizona, Ohio, Colorado,
BROAD ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It's a Key Account Management role / Farming Role
- Foster Revenue and Profitability by driving the overall effort to grow the partnership with the Customer and achieve targeted Annual Revenue and Profitability
- Leverage existing Customer relationships and build new relationships with Influencers and decision-makers at all levels
- Support Business Development in developing Annual Strategic Engagement plan, clearly outlining ideas for growth, defining pain areas for the Customer, Current and Future Volume of Services
- Work on unsolicited campaigns to grow the Account. Define Campaign plan, contact plan, Stakeholders and monitor and track milestone and progress with clear timelines and revenue realization
- CROSS SELL & UPSELL - Leverage best practices from other accounts and Company's - Global Technology Solution Leaders- to develop & operationalize plans to introduce new services to the Customer.
- SOLICITED PROPOSALS - Lead and manage solicited proposal responses for all new business services or customers assigned to Account Mangers. Request-For-Quotations, Proposal generation, Purchase Order wins, loss data, RCAs as required.
- DISCRETIONARY INVESTMENTS - Define and monitor internal sales discretionary funding (SDF) investments intended to achieve AM campaign goals
- Clear Customer Communications by driving regular operating mechanism with the Customer
We are looking for a candidate whose profile would be as under
Functional Expertise:
Client Partner Engagement, Sales and Business Development and Creating Solutions in a Global Product Development Environment, Effective Interface between Customer Offshore and Onsite Delivery Teams
Key Competencies and Qualifications
- Atleast 10 years of experience in a Client Partner role in the Aerospace Equipment Sector, specifically Landing Gear & Interiors.
- Good experience in working with Onsite and Offshore Delivery Teams
- Working with an Indian Outsourcing Service provider would be an Advantage and is desirable
- Work Location is flexible : Customer sites in Texas, North Dakota, Ohio, Ontario, Arizona, Colorado and Wisconsin
- Engineering processes including design, analysis, manufacturing, supply chain, component verification, aftermarket, quality
- Should be an American Citizen or a Valid Work Permit Holder.
