Our Client is IT Product Company having a BI Product which is used by Majority of Banks in India and Globally. They are expanding their operations in India and other Geographical areas like- Middle East/South Africa/ South East Asia/SAARC/APAC/US/UK
Skills & Experience:
- Experience range of 12years-18years’ experience in the Banking/ Banking Technology domain
- Proven Account Management experience, a minimum of 4 years with revenue responsibilities, servicing BFS clients
- Other relevant experience should be among the following: Project Management, Business Analysis, Techno-Functional Consulting, Management Consulting
- Deep understanding of Banking Systems, DW/BI & Analytics
- Proven track record in achieving revenue & margin targets
- Ability to engage C-level executives and build lasting relationships
- Systematic in approach: account planning, stakeholder mapping, and activity planning
- Ability to probe client, understand business objectives, elicit requirements, create winning propositions, articulate business benefits & convince
- Stellar presentation sales skills; strong written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently, but also to build and manage an Account Management team
- Ability to mentor delivery team, act as a client representative internally and provide supervision to projects
- Ability to sell remotely, readiness to travel 20% - 60% travel annually; depending on base location and client(s) location
- Base location: Bangalore/ Mumbai
