Job Description:

- Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the account opening process for PMS products,providing personalized assistance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the PMS products offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and suitability for various client profiles.

- Documentation Management: Collect, review, and process all necessary documentation from clients for account opening, ensuring accuracy and completeness to meet regulatory standards.

- Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies throughout the -account opening process, mitigating risk and maintaining compliance standards.

- Operational Support: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operational processes related to account opening, including coordination with compliance, legal, and technology teams.

- RM/SRM Communication: Maintain proactive communication with Managers to provide updates on their account opening status, address queries, and provide assistance as needed.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the account opening process, contributing to overall efficiency and client satisfaction.

- Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product enhancements through continuous learning and development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Post graduate

- 2-3 years' post qualification experience in finance and accounting will be preferred

- Should have exposure in wealth management industry would be desirable

- Understanding of the key compliance risks in any financial services organization.

- Working knowledge of MS - Office (Excel preferable)

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good analytical, process and presentation skills.

- Should have basic knowledge of financial sector.

- Should be open to travel around the city.

- Self motivated, with ability to perform under limited supervision at a demanding pace
