About the company: Leading global Investment Bank
About the Role:
1. Client Manager is the main point of contact for the bank's hedge fund clients.
2. Products covered include: Prime Brokerage/ Synthetic Equity
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating and developing strong relationships with key contacts at the client. Initiate client reviews and opportunities to demonstrate newly released products and services.
- Understanding client accounts including trading strategies, operational and product needs.
- Analyse and review major margin swings in the client portfolio and escalate any major swings to Sales and Management.
- Partner with the Sales, Trading, and Relationship Management teams, to ensure Bank offers the highest level of service to our clients.
- Escalate high priority client / business issues in a timely manner to protect the franchise and the client business.
- Handle client requests in an efficient manner, ensuring reliable turnaround of any issues or requests, clear expectation management and focus on client satisfaction.
- Take an active role in providing solutions to the client, using Bank"s tools and processes to give optimal service, efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Anticipate and provide solutions to complex business and operational problems.
- Providing demos and presentation to hedge fund clients to train them on new products and technology.
Requirements:
- MBA , Post-graduate/Masters degree in finance, banking
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
