They focus on providing quality training and high impact consultancy on Digital Marketing.

The company co-founded by two Ex-Googlers, has currently launched India's first digital marketing simulation tool, allowing students and professionals to get hands-on experience in all major global search platforms like Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. by playing with virtual money and learning the real time optimization for higher conversion rate and better ROI.

As a Client Manager, you will work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of digital marketing experiences, working across multiple platforms to drive solutions and best service for customers.

What you will do :

- Managing work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for digital advertising and maintaining business relationship, being responsive

- Acting as the point of contact for clients to discuss and understand their continuous requirements.

- Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintaining frequent contact.

- Presenting the campaign to the client along with the respective subject matter experts.

- Ensuring that communication flows effectively; Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Working with internal stakeholders to devise a digital advertising campaign that meets the clients brief and budget.

- Overseeing all functions, day to day activities and projects required to deliver the best to the client.

- Being proactive in initiating and setting up processes within the team to constantly improve the working efficiency

- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new partners

- Regularly interacting with clients/ partners to support them on all marketing initiatives and ensuring the completion of the same with minimal friction.

What you need to have :

- 5 to 12 years of experience in account management/ client servicing in the Digital Advertising industry.

- Digital marketing agency client-facing background

- Must have spent initial few years in doing campaign management & SEO

- Fair understanding of advertising and marketing concepts.

- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill as well as interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining

- Most important to be a team player, a go-getter and a problem solver.

- Highly organized and passionate about what you do in life.
