A leading Advertising Media Planning Agency is seeking dynamic professionals with 11 to 13 years of relevant experience into media to lead client engagement for its key clients and also lead new business development across South Region

Reporting of the role : General Manager, South India

Measures of success

In three months, you would have :

- Made recommendations which have a straight co-relation to stronger measures like downloads, site visits, sales. Not reach and frequency.

- Understood how eCommerce companies approach digital medium and how synergies are built with Mass media and ATL activations

- Understood the start-up market inside out

In six months, you would have :

- Worked on multiple business pitches in e-commerce space and added a new dimension to your personality and skill sets, i.e., creating solutions which have influence on sales and not only on marketing measures

In 12 months, you would have :

- Lived the life of an entrepreneur alongside the client

Responsibilities of the role :

- Live the start up founders business

- Manage the client engagement levels

- Strategy to execution to business results

- Leveraging all Company's learning and capabilities to deliver integrated solutions to clients

What you will need :

- Minimum 10-12 years experience in managing client relationships, with Media Planning Experience

- Acute inquisitiveness and understanding of an entrepreneurs mind set

- Ability to understand 360 degree mediums Offline & Online and their role in shaping clients businesses

- Excellent communication presentation client management and people skills.
