As a Client Engagement Manager you will be placed on the client site (which would be leading consumer internet/ ecommerce brands) will work closely with the client managemen team, helping them take action on the data generated by the research. You will make compelling presentations to the stake holders, make recommendations and follow up to ensure that the recommendations get effectively implented. The role expectations include:
Work with clients to understand pain areas and develop solutions
Estimate, plan, communicate and execute resulting project plans and detailed project tracking controls
Derive insights from data analyses, identify opportunities, gaps and solutions there on
Conduct Primary research, develop business and industry knowledge
Enhance organisational effectiveness by setting up appropriate strategies, process improvement through innovative techniques resulting in increased productivity.
Identify and analyse internal client and partner business needs, and translate needs into business requirements
Reporting and MIS
Driving strategic use of data from customer feedback
Drive change from feedback
Candidate Profile:
Should possess excellent communication skills Verbal as well as written.
Should be keen to take up a fast-tracked career
The candidate should be a keen learner and willing to put in hard work and passion in what he/she does.
Someone from MR Operations or Project Management background preferred
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to build the client relationship for long-term partnership
