A startup based out of Bangalore is looking for an exceptional client engagement manager. The startup works with leading companies and institutions across India and abroad to provide them people engagement solutions through products and services. Existing clients include Nasscom, FlipKart, IIM Bangalore, BITS Pilani and many others.

This is a great opportunity for those who want to take on significant managerial responsibility right-away, and grow rapidly with a high growth and exciting startup. We are open to people from a variety of backgrounds, including design, MBA, or BPO. Experience is NOT a constraint, but person must have exceptional communication skills, and an ability to manage execution tasks independently.

Note that this is a challenging position in a fast-growing startup- those looking for a regular "big brand" corporate job may not be the right fit. We are looking for someone keen on solving real world management challenges.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships, interacting with senior managers in client organizations
- Problem solving / Solution Design
- Finding/Managing agencies & freelancers
- Strategy setting
- Presentations/Pitching and Marketing management
- Ensuring timely delivery and execution of projects with superior quality
