About the Role: As a Client Engagement & Resource Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering business growth within our domain by managing client relationships and overseeing the development and satisfaction of our talent pool. This role demands a balanced expertise in technical understanding, strategic account management, and leadership to drive both client satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Client Engagement:
- Deeply analyze client requirements to understand staffing needs, driving the recruitment process in coordination with internal and external partners.
- Work in tandem with account managers to forecast staffing demands, develop bench strength strategies, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Client Satisfaction:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, enhancing their journey up the value ladder through exceptional service delivery and strategic account management.
Employee Satisfaction & Development:
- Oversee performance appraisals in collaboration with clients, internal team leaders, and HR, promoting a culture of fairness and motivation.
- Identify and facilitate training and development plans tailored to enhance individual growth and team capabilities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure optimal team utilization, manage direct costs, and facilitate strategic engineer placements.
- Regularly report key metrics to internal stakeholders and maintain sales collateral for the internal sales team.
Qualifications / Prior Experience:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 8-15 years of relevant experience in client engagement, Resource management, and account management within the IT and software development sectors.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong technical foundation with at least 2 years in software development/testing. Familiarity with Graph QL, Java J2E, SharePoint, SAP, ERP, Oracle preferred.
- Prior experience in the Automotive IT sector highly desirable.
- Prior experience in to Automotive domain and Ford IT.
Client Engagement & Management:
- Minimum of 2 years in a senior account management role, with a focus on client satisfaction and strategic account growth.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills required for effective customer interfacing.
Leadership & Development:
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting employee engagement and development.
- Strategic planning skills with a capability to conceptualize and implement effective business strategies.
Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities for assessing client requirements and market trends.
- Proven collaboration and coordination skills for working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
