Title: Client Development Manager
Company: One of the largest digital market research firms
Location: Gurgaon
Roles/Responsibilities :
- Identify prospects, prioritize opportunities and drive the prospecting process.
- Identify decision makers and pursue meetings for business discussions.
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Manage sales process, lead credentials pitch and provide solutions as appropriate to generate new business.
- Prepare cost estimates through proper pricing structures and write proposals.
- Sell company services to research agencies, marketing/digital agencies and end user Corporations.
- Develop and Cultivate new and existing client relationships by understanding client business issues and recommending an appropriate research-enabled solution.
- Work with Client Operations team to execute project specifications and deliver superior quality research results to clients.
- Communicate research findings and other data clearly and efficiently to diverse audiences.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Has 5 years- experience in selling professional services such as Media or Telecoms. Online Research experience preferred
- Has exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Has proven excellent sales track records.
- Demonstrate confidence in Consultative sales and communication with Clients through different media such as phone, email, Web presentation etc
- Has strong base of client relationships
- Has excellent written and oral communication skill in English
- Demonstrate a high level of creativity necessary in developing innovative approaches to difficult problems and create opportunities
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Is self-driven and has the ability to work independently and yet collaboratively with others
- Takes a personal interest in developing others.
