Client Delivery Manager (CDM -IT Staffing)
- As a Client Delivery Manager you are responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the overall account strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement.
- You will be responsible for driving best practice and strive to be an ambassador for the Co's brand at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process,
- Identifying opportunities for solution growth across practice streams,
- Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties,
- Supporting the Recruitment Sourcing Manager and Admin Manager with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,
- Delivering effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required,
- Recruiting and Inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity,
- Assessing Team on performance ratings, financial incentives and development requirements.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Experience of 8+ Years & Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process.
2. Experience working in a Team Leader/Operations Management role
3. Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct,
4. Extensive experience managing technical teams of 10+ people as well as handling remote teams.
5. Flexible person with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements
6. Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends,
7. Creative, flexible thinker who is willing to take initiative and share alternative solutions with peers and management
8. Excellent customer service skills
9. Passionate about Co's Customers, willing to go the extra mile to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
10. Exceptional documentation and communication skills
11. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-cultural, customer-oriented environment
12. High energy, go-getter attitude, great communication, influencing and leadership skills are a must.
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills
