Job Responsibilities :-
- Overseeing and managing the Insurance vertical for Client Associates
- Collaborate with all wealth advisors / internal team to ensure the integration and alignment of insurance services with overall company objectives & culture.
- Networking and liasioning within internal teams and wealth advisors for leads
- Co-ordination and management of insurance partners/brokers to ensure good availability of products for our clients
- Ensure end to end time-bound execution excellence for smooth transaction closure for clients
- Business planning in line with growth targets of the team
- Comfortable to build a self-originated pipeline through active outreach
- Awareness and excitement for relationship-based prospect and client management
- Hands on involvement in existing portfolios and deeper mining for enhanced business
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Candidate with full time MBA/PGDM are preferred, with relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry
- Should be passionate about adding value and impacting clients
- Should have a good network with partners/insurance brokers in the industry
- Should be relationship oriented with good inter-personal and people skills
- Should have the DNA for client centricity, quality and unbiased advisory
- Should have excellent Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a good team player
- Should be a self-starter, focused, goal orientated and a balanced personality with a good blend of patience and hunger
