Job Responsibilities :-

- Supporting all strategic/business initiatives

- Preparing business plans, P&Ls of different teams, presentations

- Lead initiative on process streamlining / improvements/ management/MIS

- Monthly/quarterly reviews within teams

- Maintain and analyze business data and make recommendations on improving process efficiency

- Technology & Compliance - follow up on actionable

- Overall co-ordination with internal team on execution

- Making minutes in every meeting and ensuring those minutes are being followed

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Exposure in financial services

- Min 3 yrs experience, preferable in CXO office

- Agile, dynamic and committed

- Proficient in MS office
