Job Responsibilities :-

- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for debt requirements

- Liaise and network with financial institutions for debt such as Banks, NBFCs, private credit firms and AIFs

- Prepare quality transaction material including pitch book, information memorandum and financial model.

- Independently lead transaction execution from origination to completion, including interfacing with legal counsel and regulatory agencies

Desired Candidate Profile : Working in debt capital markets and having experience in end-to-end transaction closure.

Education : Undergrad + CA / CFA / MBA from a Top Tier Business School
