Job Responsibilities :

- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for their transaction

- Liaise and network with financial institutions such as Banks, NBFCs, private equity, VC firms and AIFs

- Prepare quality transaction material including pitch book, information memorandum and financial model.

- Independently lead transaction execution from origination to completion, including interfacing with legal counsel and regulatory agencies

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Prior Experience in Investment Banking and having experience of front-ending the transactions

- Education : Undergrad + CA / MBA from a Top Tier Business School
