Job Summary:


As a Client Acquisition Manager at Coeusmulti Services, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to expand the firm's client base in IT, New age Technology companies & Start-ups. Your primary goal is to drive business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, showcasing the firm's recruitment services, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and referrals.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business leads.

- Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to initiate contact with potential clients.

Client Engagement:

- Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to showcase the firm's recruitment services.

- Understand clients' hiring needs and challenges to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create customized proposals that address clients' specific requirements.

- Present proposals to clients, highlighting the firm's value proposition and competitive advantages.

Negotiation and Closing:

- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with potential clients.

- Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Pipeline Management:

- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date pipeline of potential clients.

- Provide regular reports and updates on client acquisition progress to the Director of Business Development.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of successful client acquisition in the recruitment industry.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales-related software.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
