Client Account Manager - Account Planning - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Gurgaon.

Position : Client Account Manager/ Account Planning

Exp : 4-8 yrs with MBA/ PG

Role & Responsibilities :

- Define and deliver the overall project plan for Global Account Planning with key dates and dependencies

- Involved in developing and executing client service strategy, Account planning and relationship tracking..

- Conduct secondary research on competitive landscape of leading companies and identify business model, segments, strategy, issues/challenges, SWOT, etc.

- Work with Account Management Lead to keep account plans live throughout the year by assessing account teams performance against key elements planned

- Develop and manage documentation for all planning related support being provided by offshore capability
