Job Description:


Business Enablement :


- Serve as a business partner to CAM leadership team, anticipating reports and analysis needs and providing information in a timely manner


- Attend key leadership meetings and drive operational meetings as the Business Operations leader for the team


- Bring ideas around latest tools, technologies, leading practices to the business leaders to create greater insights and improve efficiencies


- Work with stakeholders to define success metrics, establish benefits tracking processes


Qualifications :


- An MBA or any postgraduate degree


- Experience of 6-8 years in consulting, strategy & operations, and program management domain preferred develop and manage KPIs


- Liaise across the CAM team to navigate cross-border processes and connection with appropriate subject matter experts (i.e., Technology, Legal, Finance, Talent, etc.) across the business


- Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of management frameworks


- Promote best practice and knowledge shares among US and India team members Operations and Reporting


- Create and maintain leadership reports such as utilization, compliance, budget, headcount, and others.


- Maintain dashboards/reports to meet the business needs of various CAM leaders


- Generate/review periodic and ad-hoc reports that are executive ready and as requested by leadership


- Drive operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements


- Review various reports related to CAM business and maintain CAM distribution lists


- Track, collect, synthesize, and analyze data and supports insights and recommendations


- Manage communication channels and logistics for the CAM events like All Hands Meetings, L&D Power hours, etc.


- Ensure team is compliant to standards as per firm/team processes & practices


Key Skills :


- Analytical, building presentations, including logical structuring and storytelling, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with executives and create executive ready information


- Ability to manage operational performance and reporting cycles (including the oversight of KPIs, opportunity pipeline, and impact tracking)


- Demonstrated capabilities to understand business leaders and provide timely insights and analysis that supports decision-making


- Proactiveness and ability to provide business insights from data


- Self-motivated and strong team player; experience working in virtual teams and with other cultures, preferably with US leaders


- Ability to take initiative and interact with executives and other firm leaders


- Nimble and agile approach to work with a focus on value delivered and outcomes


- Knowledge of creating and maintaining MS teams and SharePoint site will be a plus


- Experience in project management/PMO (including workplan development and maintenance)\


- Excellent relationship building skills


- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing highimpact initiatives


- Strong problem solving and analytical skills


- Ability to work in highly matrixed organizations
