We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our finance team as Senior Finance Manager.

Position Summary:
This role is uniquely positioned to provide holistic view of major streams of CRPL's major revenue and receivable reporting, understanding of finance processes and corporate function. It would also involve collaborating with large set of stakeholders like Leaders, Auditors, Legal, Taxation & Tech teams. This role would also involve performing review of KPIs and taking appropriate actions, assisting senior leadership with our financial strategy, and aligning the accounting policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end accounts payable process
- Ensuring timely and accurate vendor payment
- Improving processes pertaining to invoice recording and 3-way match
- Working on processes improvement to reduce defects pertaining to quantity and price variance
- Review and resolution of queries in vendor reconciliation
- POC for payment related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Driving adoption of vendor returns
- Responsible for inventory liquidation process
- Ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of trade receivable
- Review and analysis of inventory health and suggesting actions to address hot spots
- Ensuring adherence to MSME regulations
Skills Required:
- A qualified chartered accountant with 8+ years of experience in Ecommerce/retail industry
- The knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communicator and Lucid thinker
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Must demonstrate high working standards and ownership
- Must possess ability for defining & simplifying processes
