Clicktech Retail - Senior Associate - Vendor Operations

- The Senior Associate will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies across one or more workstreams. You are expected to work on defined SOPs for various workstreams and bring in continuous improvement and streamlining existing processes. You will be closely engaging with internal stakeholders on a regular basis to drive productivity.

- Engaging in day-to-day business operations.

- Responsible for Deal/ affordability offers creations basis inputs received from Vendor Managers using relevant tools.

- Responsible for actioning on pricing nudges, pricing alerts as per defined SOPs.

- Vendor Onboarding - To onboard new vendors as per the defined SOP.

- Resolve/Handle vendor queries using relevant tools.
