Digital Marketing Manager


Job Purpose:

- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our Private Brands business. The person will report to the Head - Marketing (Private Brands) and be accountable for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across a variety of platforms (including our own D2C website), monitor and optimize campaign performance, develop customer segments, build partnerships, analyse data, and communicate with internal and external teams, ensuring delivery on marketing initiatives that align with the company's and the brands' goals.


- The primary scope of this role would be to help build our Private Brands across all channels (online - marketplaces, D2C and offline).


- The role covers strategic, analytical & executional support to help the brand/s achieve their business targets.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to develop and execute our brand strategy, creating engaging marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for a variety of platforms, including marketplace, Google, Meta, Affiliates, our own D2C website etc.

2. Monitor and optimize campaign performance.

3. Develop customer segments and manage campaigns accordingly.

4. Build partnerships with platforms, networks, affiliates, OEMs and intermediaries.

5. Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

7. Develop and implement a marketing strategy including but not limited to user acquisition and retention, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, vendor management, and in-stock management, to ensure alignment on the marketing strategy and execution.

9. New Products Launch: Designing and executing new product launch playbook for success across different channels - D2C, marketplaces, offline.

10. Communication Development: Ownership of messaging across all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, etc.

11. Create and manage budgets to support marketing initiatives and ensure the best return on investment.

12. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

13. Work with the business teams to manage and deliver the P&L of business.

Job specification

Education:

- MBA in marketing is preferred.

Experience & Other Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Home & Living industry.

- Prior experience in managing D2C channel, experience in e-commerce marketplaces is mandatory.

- Prior experience of dealing with marketing agencies will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing.

- Prior experience in tools like Amazon's AMS, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

- Analytical mindset and experience with data analysis tools

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Passionate about building brands and businesses from scratch.

- Self-driven and enthusiastic team player.

- Ability to navigate ambiguities and work in an unstructured set-up.
