We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our finance team as a Finance Manager - Treasury. Details of the role are mentioned below.

Position Summary:

As a Treasury Manager, one would play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial resources of the organization. The responsibilities would span a wide range of treasury functions, ensuring effective cash management, compliance with financial regulations, and strategic planning for funding requirements. The successful candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity, large data sets, and balancing multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Creating and maintaining daily cashflow aligning with multiple teams

- Driving execution of trade and non-trade payments

- Preparing business plans for funding requirements from banks

- Preparing information requested by banks

- Ensuring adherence to requirements of funding sanction conditions

- Reviewing funded and non-funded limit requirements

- Forex hedging for imports/exports

- Ensuring adherence to investment policy

- Continuously strive for simplification and automation of operational tasks including integration with the bank partners where possible

- Developing and maintaining operational processes

- Continuously evaluate processes, implement learnings, and apply best practices

- Document complex technical flows and integration for team reference

- Provide timely, accurate, and concise communication & MIS to stakeholders

Skills Required:

- Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of treasury experience in ecommerce/retail industry

- Functional knowledge of core Treasury processes, including cash positioning, forecasting, bank account management, payments, FX and settlement

- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Must be able to work independently with limited general supervision

- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate

- Strong operational excellence skills

- Must have very strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and draw insights
