We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our finance team as a Finance Manager - Taxation. Details of the role are mentioned below.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with both indirect and direct tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate would need to possess extensive knowledge of GST laws, good understanding of Income Tax, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tax-related responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring compliance to all GST Laws and regulations

- Ensuring review of the GST returns before filing

- Books to GST return reconciliation

- Review of GST Credit Reconciliation including Monthly communication to all internal stakeholders as well as vendors

- Reviewing HSN code mapping

- Driving process of GST e-invoice/ debit notes/credit notes

- Undertake Preparation of monthly tax compliance tracker

- Ensuring compliance to all direct tax laws and regulations

- Reviewing and filing of TDS Returns

- Driving LDC application process

- Preparing advance tax & deferred tax computations

- Dealing with tax authorities

- Coordinating with external consultants

- Technical support and undertaking detailed research on complex tax issues

- Working closely with auditors on the tax audit finalization

- Working closing with consultants on responding to notices from authorities

Skills Required:

- CA with minimum 5 years of experience in tax function of e commerce/retail industry

- Experience in direct and indirect tax compliances

- Good knowledge of accounting standards and Ind AS

- High level of oral and written communication

- A self-starter and proactive individual who can interact with various stakeholders and influence people with no reporting relationship

- Good project management skills

- Ability to analyze complex data

- High process orientation

- Rigor to learn & develop
