- Own the annual D2C topline delivery.
- Manage and lead the SEO and SEM operations - work to create the relevant content and liaise with SEO partners to improve the DR (domain rating), DA (domain authority) and organic search ranking.
- Own the website operations. Understand the order flow - work with stakeholders and owners of different business units (Finance, Purchase and Business) to deliver a smooth ordering experience for the customer.
- Ensure that the website delivers a great customer experience. Suggest and implement actions to improve the UI and UX to improve conversion on the website. Research and discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Manage the website maintenance efforts and ensure proper operation of the website including owning the content on the website and liaising with content writing partners.
- Data analysis & deriving data-oriented solutions to drive business KPIs. Tracking and monitoring performance for all digital content projects, utilizing web analytics to improve business performance.
- Manage and contribute to the digital performance marketing strategy [on D2C and non-marketplace channels], including awareness acquisition/conversion/lead generation campaigns in close coordination with the agencies. Work with multiple agencies and stakeholders to deliver campaigns & meet revenue goals.
- Planning monthly acquisition targets of digital while achieving the desired CAC. Manage and own the campaigns budgets to deliver performance across key metrics like monthly spends CAC, CPL etc
- Monitoring and enabling WhatsApp and SMS marketing for the brand. Enabling communication channels for post sales and pre-sales services.
