- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of vendor operations associates, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.

- Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in vendor operations.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, address issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Creating roaster of senior associates for BAU and ART period.

- Engaging in day-to-day business operations.

- Responsible for Deal/ affordability offers creations basis inputs received from Vendor Managers using relevant tools.

- Responsible for actioning on pricing nudges, pricing alerts as per defined SOPs.

- Vendor Onboarding - To onboard new vendors as per the defined SOP.

- Resolve/Handle vendor queries using relevant tools.
