Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to join our team. He will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including product launches, user conferences, closed-door events, webinars, trade shows, campaigns, social gatherings, and trend-based activities.


- This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring each event aligns with our brand and objectives.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:


- Develop and manage event plans, timelines, and budgets for various company events.

Campaign Management:


- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns that support event goals and align with company objectives.

Vendor Management:


- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event needs are met within budget and quality standards.

Logistics Coordination:


- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and on-site management.

Marketing and Promotion:


- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.

Trend Analysis:


- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to each event.

Stakeholder Communication:


- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the event planning process.

Pre-Event Reach Outs:


- Work closely with business teams to ensure reach out for setting meetings with attendees.

Post-Event Analysis:


- Conduct evaluations after events to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Technology Integration:


- Utilize event management software and tools to streamline event planning, execution, and analysis.

Attendee Experience:


- Focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences, ensuring all events meet high standards of professionalism and engagement.

International Events and Collaborations:


- Plan and coordinate international events,manage global collaborations, and handle international registrations to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regional regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:


- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Skills:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in event management software and tools.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
