Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the target market (E-commerce brands)
Inbound:
- We have a heavy focus on SEO and organic channels. Person needs to be an expert in SEO strategy, keyword analysis and performance monitoring.
- Person should be able to lead an SEO and content team
Events:
- Person should be able to strategize and execute on event participation to focus on enterprise lead generation
- Customer marketing
- Person should be able to strategize and execute customer engagement campaigns, Upsell and Cross-sell initiatives and collaborate with product for feature launch
Positioning :
- Lead promotional activities, including digital campaigns, content marketing, and public relations efforts, to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
Team leadership :
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
Key requirements :
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing roles in Saas companies experience of selling or marketing mid market to enterprise saas softwares
- Great communication skills
- Get things done attitude ( you are expected to execute and not just manage a team)
- Analytics mindset. Focus on KPIs is necessary to succeed
