Head - Paid Marketing
Click Labs is seeking a Paid Marketing Manager who will head the central marketing search team to help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. You will be in charge of all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels.
Requirements :
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
- Confidence in developing robust Paid strategy and plans
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of tracking methodologies and techniques
- ROI focused
- The ability to work with a variety of digital professionals (from creatives to techies) in order to effectively implement and track campaigns
- Passion for analyzing, reporting on and acting on data
- A love of all things digital, and an ability to present yourself as a digital consultant
- Experience of 2-5 years of handling thousands of dollars of expenditure in ad spend/marketing budgets every day.
- Experience in forecasting/reporting results
Responsibilities :
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot landing page sources reports.
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- You will manage all relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible.
The location of job is Chandigarh only.

We began as a traditional technology solution provider, developing anything under the sun. After having developed platforms in the Communication and Social Networking Space, we soon found a growing need for platforms for goods and services across different verticals.
These new platforms required creation of value in such a way that its consumption could be fast and instantaneous. This needed a dynamic workforce with a robust, scalable and mobile first technology layer to manage that dynamic workforce.
After developing 100s of these platforms, we realised what makes these platforms click. We use a Technology MEAN Stack that uses a nodeJS web services layer running over an Amazon cloud working with native mobile apps.

We have identified the common denominator to help the end platform owners save time and money and allow them to focus on their core product. They can draw comfort from the fact that the underlying technology is already driving successful platforms around the world.
We have been working in the On Demand space building platforms for the dynamic workforce for the last 2 years. This focus has led to Juggernaut (one of the products) evolve as a platform that takes a top down approach, closer to a standard SDLC, towards the business model needs of the stakeholders.
In addition, we are also working on Tookan, an off the shelf SAAS product for helping SMB's and early stage startups to manage their mobile workforce. Solution is designed around generalized workflows enabling applications for businesses managing field personnel, deliveries and services.
