Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Managing Click Labs blog by creating engaging posts, updating, and reusing existing content for our target audience. This also involves analyzing the stats of the blog to improve the performance of future posts.
- Propagating the blog content on Click Labs social media channels.
- Creating content for email marketing campaigns, social media channels, marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, danglers, stickers, posters, etc., and product boxes.
- Creating content for Click Labs websites.
- Creating/editing content for product datasheets.
- Content audit and management of the company's official website.
- Managing the company's social media channels such as Google +, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Working closely with the graphics team to conceptualize design layout for marketing collateral. - Working on monthly blog digests, and newsletters for customers.
- Creating content for webinar presentations.
- Creating PRs for events and news related to Click Labs.
- Working on quarterly and annual security threat reports.
- Working on whitepapers and case studies.
- Editing & proofreading technical papers
- Moderating & replying to user comments received on blog posts, social media channels.
Experience (years) 2 to 7 years
Industry Preferred IT/ITES
Qualification Graduate/ PG- (Preferred Management in Mass Communication)
Competencies :
- A graduate with a good command over the English language.
- A flair for writing with an understanding of what works on the internet.
- An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly. A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills.
- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
- Experience with a publishing house can be an added advantage.
