We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.Our ideal candidate has to have a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including SEO, Social Media, Advertising campaigns and Digital Marketing techniques.

- He/She will own the complete marketing planning and execution including digital marketing, creative content, web, sales enablement, brand, customer community development,campaign management and launches.

- The candidate should have atleast 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience across inbound channels such as- SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Search - Adwords, DoubleClick - DFA, Affiliate Networks and others.

- Candidate must be metrics oriented, knowledgeable of vendors and products relevant to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media.

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness

- This person will be responsible for all SEO efforts; both on-site and off-site.

- This candidate should bring knowledge of this domain and their project management skills to help us grow our site into the only place to go for online quiz and training.

- Lead digital marketing to grow revenue and traffic through SEO, Blogging, Content Strategy, Social Media; Online PR. Drive understanding of the customer experience and buying behaviour to generate demand through to buyer purchase interest and fuel year-over-year revenue growth.

- Guide, write, edit and collaborate on content, including social media and blog posts and SEO content.

- Prepare regular performance reports on marketing campaign metrics and social media metrics.

Competencies Required:

- Should have strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing techniques.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of SaaS-based software organizations and their growth dynamics.

- Knowledge of Brand development and promotions a plus.

- Marketing Analytics: High level of expertise in Marketing Analytics using all available tools is a mandatory requirement.

- Enough HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up A/B tests.
