What are we hiring for?

Manager - Accounting will be:

Managing & guiding team in:

- Accounting

- Revenue Accounting

- Day to day accounting

- Handing AP & AR

- Monthly closing as per Indian GAAP & US GAAP

- Inter-company transactions

- Fixed asset & depreciation

- Creation of strong internal controls in accounting

Taxation :

- GST, PT, advance taxes & other tax matter

- Transfer Pricing - Documentation & compliances

Audit :

- India & US Audit

- Transfer Pricing Audit

- Payroll

- Payroll - India & US

- Knowledge of PF, PT, withholding taxes

ESOP accounting :

- Compliances

- Company law compliances

- Other compliances

Qualifications:

- CA with 3-5 years of post-qualification, preferable from SaaS industry

- Must have worked in an international accounting environment / set up

- Excellent hands-on experience of NetSuite accounting systems
