Responsibilities :
- Oversee all facets of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations, including organizing leisure group arrangements and preparing RFPs.
- Identify sales opportunities through networking, relationship-building, and conducting outdoor activities.
- Establish and maintain a corporate database, driving lead generation and facilitating deal closures with necessary documentation.
- Utilize data analysis to refine sales strategies and uncover new business prospects.
- Ensure quality assurance and actively engage in customer service initiatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Attain sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones.
- Cultivate and nurture direct corporate relationships, demonstrating a track record of executing successful corporate group events.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for MICE events, conferences, and meetings.
- Craft and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations to corporate clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored MICE solutions that meet client objectives.
Skills Required :
- 4-7 years of experience in MICE sales within the travel industry.
- Proven experience in corporate sales within the travel sector, focusing on MICE events.
- Deep understanding of MICE market trends, industry best practices, and competitor landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
