Role: Technical Recruiter

Role:

- Will be part of team which hires for technology and product positions.

- Will be responsible for entire candidate recruitment lifecycle ie. Sourcing to offer.

- Will be responsible for closing roles within agreed SLAs.

- Will be managing stakeholders

- Individual contributor role

Requirements :

- 2- 4 years of experience in hiring technical talent for software product companies for different roles such as software development, Testing, Product management, Devops, Security, UI/UX etc.

- Should be strong in sourcing from different channels

- Should be good in stakeholder management

- Should have good negotiation skills

- Good candidate network in startup space

- Excellent communication skills

- Should be agressive, result oriented, self motivated
