ClearTax - Senior Manager - Search Engine Optimization

our primary focus would be to work on SEO & Content marketing initiatives of ClearTax. We are looking for employees who are passionate about the domain of SEO and have kept themselves updated on the latest trends on SEO.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Have worked at funded startups managing at least 1M+ organic traffic

- Thorough understanding of all SEO elements needed for best performance and higher ranking. You should have implemented SEO strategies for your clients or company for at least 4 years consistently.

- Coordinate with people from various dept. such as Technology, Products, PPC, Analytics etc. to ensure that the current task is completed with valid inputs from all concerned parties.

- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) life cycle - On Page Basics like Meta Tags, Website Interlinking, Breadcrumbs, URL Optimization, Image Optimization, Off Page - Links from High Domain authority websites, Guest Blogging, Image Sharing, Link Analysis to track spamming, Keyword Research & Tracking to find new scopes.

- Provide competitor backlink analysis and suggest recommendations for internal and external linking along with ensuring outreach execution.

- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool, Webmasters Tool, Moz, Semrush, Excel reporting as well as internal reporting tools.

- Lead the overall Content Marketing effort, SEO analysis and recommendations for ClearTax Blog Section.

- Guide and provide direction to SEO resources at ClearTax to ensure completion of SEO project deliverables.

Desired Skills:

- Passion for SEO and internet marketing ? Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

- Knowledge in Statistical techniques will be an added advantage

- Strong written & verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - should excel with minimal supervision

- Excellent attention to detail
