Given our rapid client acquisition engine, we are building up a series of adjacent business software offerings for our network of businesses. We plan to add supply chain financing, payments and lending to our product portfolio.
Role Description
We are looking for a Business Manager/ Senior Business Manager (based on fit) who can help drive strategic thinking to support our revenue goals. Reporting under the business leadership team, this individual would drive problem solving and execution in tough problems, from incubating new ideas to scaling-up the business. This role is an individual contributor role and would require execution through "influence" across teams.
Your role would cover a wide arena of problem solving across GTM, product marketing, sales team enablement, competitor offerings analysis, cross-functional collaboration etc. The role would provide a bootcamp to develop into a business leader in future.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Act as a thought partner to sales leadership on GTM strategy for revenue achievement
- Convert strategy into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and driving the changes required.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor landscape, their offerings/ pricing / GTM strategy and feed in the learnings to sales, product teams
- Develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, differentiators, SKU categories, sales enablement materials) in collaboration with the marketing team
- Liaison between product, marketing and sales teams to ensure sales & GTM initiatives are executed efficiently
- Set up processes to increase internal team efficiency and serve higher number of customers
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal, finance teams for BU's regular functioning
Skill set:
- B2B SaaS experience is must - Need to have understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnel management, B2B product marketing etc.
- Strong problem solving and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in extremely unstructured, high pace environment with cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
- Looking for graduates/post-graduates from Tier-1 colleges (IIT/NIT/BITS/DU/etc. + IIMs/ISBs/XLRI/SPJain/MDI)
- 2-4 years of experience in MBBK/other top-tier consulting firms OR experience in Top Startups
- You will fit well if you are always an "owner", "comfortable with navigating ambiguity", and can get things done through "influence".
