And we'd like to invite you to join us in this mission.  Responsibilities :  - Manage full cycle recruiting process for Engineering organization  - Collaborate with the founders to understand the hiring needs and goals  - Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis  - Identify process improvement initiatives and handle organization wide programs  Must Have :  - Should be passionate about startups  - Experience in sourcing resumes thru Social Media Tools would be a great plus  - 2- 6 years technical recruiting experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team  - Communicative team player and should have outstanding interpersonal skills  - Understanding of programming languages, Web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies is preferred.   If you are interested in building things for our nation, we would like to talk to you.
