Cleartax - Product Manager

We are looking for Product Managers to join our Website Growth Product team at Clear. You will have the unique opportunity to drive top of the funnel growth for some of the core B2B & B2C Products like GST, ITR, E-Invoicing, Max ITC and Mobile Apps like Black, ClearOne & ClearPro.

You will work closely with the key stakeholders from all the Business teams and Marketing teams to increase traffic and conversions for each product from the Website. You will own the website growth funnels, product roadmap and lead experimentation to decrease inefficiencies throughout the funnel, thus improving the core business metrics.

You should have Minimum 3 years of overall experience with 1-3 years of experience in Product Management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead Product initiatives to drive Traffic and Conversions for various Products and Categories of Clear from our Website domains.

- Contribute to quarterly planning (OKRs) for the product.

- Work very closely with Business, Marketing, SEO, Design and Engineering teams to build and execute the product roadmap.

- Manage launches of product features and actively drive delivery with our dynamic engineering team. Resolve issues and break deadlocks by interaction with stakeholders, for timely rollout of features.

- Communicate crisply on product requirements, priorities, deadlines and impact.

- Perform comprehensive product analytics covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion
