Objectives of this Role:
1. Increase Engagement:
- Enhance engagement for existing audiences through high-quality social initiatives.
- Acquire new followers by addressing gaps in our marketing content output.
2. Brand Alignment:
- Align our brand with new and emerging trends to maintain relevance.
- Improve ROI by delivering consistently on-target messaging.
3. Marketing Direction:
- Identify new channels to embed our brand and align with our marketing direction.
- Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools for strategic decision making.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Crafting and Release:
- Use social media tools to craft and release content across our social channels.
- Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
2. Brand Representation:
- Become an extension of the company's brand to connect with existing customers and acquire new ones.
3. Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze the company's social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions.
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to keep cleartax's social media presence consistently relevant.
4. Performance Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators to understand the efficacy of existing social campaigns.
- Adjust strategy for further optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Management and Leadership:
- Significant management and leadership experience in social media management.
- Excellent problem-solving techniques and strong multitasking capabilities under pressure.
2. Platform Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms.
- Capable of crafting effective social media strategies.
3. Communication Skills:
- Clear, confident communication abilities, both verbal and written.
4. Time-Management:
- Effective time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience and Leadership:
- Significant experience leading a brand's social media initiatives.
- Large social media following demonstrating personal influence.
2. Technical Proficiency:
