Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and schedule email marketing campaigns across global markets.
- Optimize open & click through rates and deliverability by maintaining strong domain health and sender reputation.
- Create and manage drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Handle basic CRM management to segment lists, update records, and ensure clean data.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A/B test subject lines, email copy, and layouts to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the content, sales, and demand generation teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Build Email marketing workflows and journeys for Lead nurturing
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing for a B2B SaaS company (preferably in international markets).
- Proficiency in email automation platforms (Netcore, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and list hygiene best practices.
- Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Well versed with GDPR rules in the international markets.
- Analytical mindset to track performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with lead nurturing and demand generation strategies through email marketing.
