Key Accounts Manager (ClearTax)
Job Location: Mumbai, Bangalore/Hyderabad.
Languages: English + Hindi + Local Language.
Job Description:
- Taking complete ownership for the portfolio of accounts.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients through regular communication and other services.
- Taking ownership of business targets to be met from accounts.
- Co-ordinating with the internal project teams and senior managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Understanding the clients requirements and helping the product teams to implement the same in product updates and new product launches.
- Analysing Account performance against Key Metrics to identify, recommend and execute a better overall strategy.
Required Skills:
- Extremely proficient in communication.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced start-up environment.
- Ability to thoroughly understand our platform, its features and to explain the same to clients.
- Strategy oriented mindset and the ability to proactively participate in improving the current product and development of new products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as an Key Accounts Manager.
- Manager/Relationship Manager in the Financial Sector or IT Sales Operations.
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance/Fintech/Financial sector is preferred.
- Graduate/Post Graduate/CA/MBA.
- An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
