Key Responsibilities :

- As an inside sales manager at ClearTax, you will be responsible for driving new sales for the marketplace business.

Sell ClearTax products - software and services - in the market :

End-to-end management of the sales cycle - Communicating with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handling customer queries, selling the right product that meets customer requirement, preparing sales quotation and driving order closure independently

Cold calling and lead qualification

Generate prospects using online sources, databases, own or referral network, social media forums

Manage post-sales customer engagement jointly with the Key Accounts Team

Carry sales quotas and Meet targets on our categories and products

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Post Graduate with 4-7 yrs Professional Sales Experience mandatory. B2C Inside Sales/TeleSales experience preferred.

- Experience in lead generation / BD / Market Research is a bonus.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

- Go-Getter with Strong focus on driving sales

- Hands-on experience in tele-calling (inbound and outbound), chat support, preparing sales quotation, closing deals

- Has carried and achieved sales target (atleast Rs. 2-3L per month); Processed atleast 150 orders every month

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment on a tight deadline.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willing to learn and work in a startup
