Job Description : Sales Operation /Excellence Manager
- B2b sales experience, pitch and readiness category, product teams, demo, proof of concept and, reduce the velocity in cracking the deal.
- Work with the Salesforce team for feature rollouts and drive salesforce usage.
- The role drives improvements and updates to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data
Responsibilities :
- Establish and drive a well-defined process that enforces great discipline in sales; delivering achievement of targets through core sales excellence models.
- Coach and advise reps on sales motions/strategies for finding opportunities to do better.
- Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
- Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making
- Instill sales process discipline, adherence to standards and excellence in execution while holding sales managers accountable to quality and accuracy
- Drive integrated planning to make sure all reps meet their sales targets, and hold sales managers accountable for account plan quality and completeness.
- Coach pipeline discipline leading to healthy coverage and infuse the proper forecast rigor, accuracy and accountability
- Identify key customer objectives and define strategic playbooks for the sales process used against key competitors.
- Conduct regular audits of sales pitch and account mapping techniques used by the sales team, improving them at every stage.
