ClearTax - Business Manager - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

We, at Cleartax are changing the way taxation works in India.

As a company, we aspire to build a strong nationwide network encompassing both businesses and end consumers. To achieve our aspiration, we are significantly ramping up our Strategy team and looking for management consultants who can help us drive the next phase of transformation aspiration we have set for us.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Driving strategic thinking on what should be the path of the company across different segments (e.g. B2C, B2B SME, B2B Large enterprise etc.)

2. Identify strategic initiatives and work with business units to be a though partner and drive the initiative to execution on certain high priority initiatives.

3. Help drive internal projects of high priority to facilitate step-jumps in existing businesses (diagnostic, initiative roadmap and execution)

4. Be a thought partner to the CEO office across different strategic questions

Mandatory requirements for this role:

1. Strong problem solver and structured thinker

2. Ability to align multiple stakeholders on answers which give most impact for the organization

3. Comfortable with ambiguity traversal.

4. Team leading experience.

5. Heavy bias toward execution based on strong 80-20 prioritization

6. Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking skills.

Qualification:

1. Undergraduate degree and an MBA with outstanding academic record from Top ranked colleges.

3. Ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience from Consultancy
