Regional Head-Franchise Development
1. Appointing new franchise in the region.
2. Build and Manage a team of 2-3 franchise managers for the region.
3. Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
4. Consulting the prospective investors to take up franchise.
5. Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
6. Handling P/L for the assigned region.
7. Exploring and implementing various franchise models to generate revenues.
