Designation: Marketing Head

You will be responsible for driving our growth strategy, focusing on product marketing, performance marketing, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas and a deep understanding of all marketing verticals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

- Performance Marketing: Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI.

- Content Marketing: Manage and grow our YouTube presence, leveraging the platform for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- P&L Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving financial targets.

- Branding: (Preferred) Enhance our brand presence and reputation through strategic branding initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.

- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on product marketing, performance marketing, content, and P&L management.

- Strong knowledge of branding and content marketing is preferred.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
